How
it works…
Through
your free employer account you log in and post job orders. You specify
how long the job order will be open to accept private bids from seasoned
recruiters that have candidates that match your requirements and want
to help you fill the job order. After reviewing the private bids and
profiles submitted by interested independent or agency recruiters,
you decide who you want to work with. The decision of which bids you
accept and how many recruiters (max. 5) you choose to work with is
up to you... it's that simple.
Once
your decision is made…
You'll
contact our staff and let us know which bid(s) you have accepted.
We'll work with the recruiter(s) to let them know their bid(s)
were approved and remove your job from the job board and private
bidding process. We're confident you'll love the way it
works and find 100% satisfaction. However, if for any reason the
recruiter you selected does not submit candidates that meet your
expectations in the agreed upon period of time, you reserve the
right to cancel your agreement and repost the position for additional
bids. If you choose not to repost the job, there is no cost to you.
Once a position is filled we prepare an invoice and bill you within
30 days of the employee's date of hire. And remember, all placements
come with a 90 day guarantee and commitment to client satisfaction.
